State Law For All Clubs
The Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law requires all coaches and volunteers involved with youth organizations to complete a State Police Criminal Record Check and a PA Child Abuse History Clearance. For those individuals who have not resided in PA continuously for the previous 10 years they must also complete an FBI Criminal Background Check.
BAYSA and PA West Soccer are committed to providing every player with the safest experience possible. BAYSA and PA West Soccer firmly require every volunteer who comes into regular contact with children to have current clearances on file. This includes all coaches, assistant coaches, board members, referees, and other significant league volunteers.
BAYSA will reimburse the total fees involved in obtaining proper clearances when you give the league treasurer all printed proof of submission and payment. He may be contacted at BaysaTreasurer@gmail.com. If you have questions, please contact the league registrar at BaysaTreasurer@gmail.com.
