Please check to be sure all player information is correct and updated. You will need to update the player’s current grade level each fall. PLEASE CHECK TO BE SURE THE PLAYER'S UNIFORM SIZE IS CORRECT.
If you wish to request a specific coach or practice night please list this in the “practice night/coach preference” box. Please also mark in this box if you wish to have siblings practice the same night. BAYSA does not guarantee all requests will be fulfilled, but we will try our best.
Please list any other medical information your player’s coach should be aware of.
Please select either “opt out extra $50” or “yes will volunteer” – this option is for the concession stand. Each family is required to work one hour per season in the concession stand or spirit shop or pay $50 to opt out of volunteering. Coaches and assistant coaches are exempt from concession duty and opt out fees.
If you select to opt out and pay the extra fee click on the opt out fee box on the payment page which will add the $50 opt out fee into your registration fee.
All families are required to either pay the opt our fee or be signed up for concession duty before players can receive their uniforms for the season. An email with complete concession sign up instructions will be sent out before the beginning of the season.
Fees are as follows: - Travel and In-House - $150 - Travel only - $120 - In-house only u8 and up - $75 - In-house U6 - $70
Discounts are as follows: - $5 Early Bird discount. (register before early bird deadline) - $5 Returning player discount applies automatically to players who are returning from the season immediately prior - $10 3rd sibling will apply automatically

Coaches will be given their rosters and will begin contacting players a few weeks before practices begin.
Practices begin three weeks before the first game. A full in-house game schedule will be posted under the in-house game schedule tab on this website. Travel games begin around the same time. A full travel schedule will be posted under the travel team tab on this website as soon as they are received from PA West.
