Background Check Required by PA West for ALL
Officers, Coaches, Assistant Coaches - Added 2/27/08

PA West Soccer, our parent organization, now requires every volunteer who comes into regular contact with children to have a background check on file with B.A.Y.S.A. Current Act 33/34 clearances will meet this requirement; please provide a copy if you have these clearances. Otherwise, you must use PA West's online background check.

The PA West clearance is good for two years. There is no printed submission form, and you'll need an email address to receive information after submitting.
