Dear Coaches and Referees,
Thank you for taking the time to assist our league in producing the most professional and education coaches and referees possible. We appreciate both your positive feedback as well as items to improve upon. Please use the proper forms below. Please fill out the form as clearly as possible, using very specific details. Evaluations will remain anonymous to the coaches/referees unless otherwise requested by the person filling out the form. Remember all our coaches are unpaid volunteers. The majority of our referees are youths. It takes a great amount of time, selflessness, patience, and knowledge of the game, among other important attributes, to step up to these very important jobs. These evaluations will be used to give feedback and constructive criticism to coaches/referees to help them to learn and better themselves. Overly nasty or otherwise derogatory comments will not be tolerated. Hard copies of this form and envelopes can be found under the concession stand roof and can be placed in a sealed envelope to my attention and deposited in the drop box under the concessions roof.
